Property locations, contact details, notes and photos submitted here are private. They are available only through your own submitted-information access or to staff with explicitly assigned access. Nothing you submit is published on the public fire map.

An essential browser cookie protects access to your guest submissions for seven days. It is not an account login and does not identify you to other websites. An optional email-verified FIRE VICTIM account can provide longer-term access when sign-in is enabled.

Information is grouped by fire. Authorized administration determines whether completed-fire information is retained or scheduled for removal. Where removal is scheduled, the existing notice and thirty-day retrieval process must finish before deletion.

Photo files are held privately and checked for malware before download. Do not submit information you do not want the receiving team to store. Use the existing support contact options for questions about your submission.
